How does it Work?
- Sync Orders:
When a delivery in Odoo is ready to be shipped, you can select the deliveries for the day and then sync these as Unscheduled Orders in TrackPOD. - Route Optimisation:
TrackPOD calculates the best route for each delivery, considering traffic and delivery time windows.
You have the ability to either automatically allocate your orders to a Route/Truck Run or TrackPOD automatically creates these routes. - Driver Delivers Goods and Collects POD:
The driver can now open their TrackPOD mobile app, and check the route set out for them. Real time updates can be sent to the client based on the location and time of the delivery, enhancing customer experience.
The driver can take pictures and add comments to the app which are added to the Proof of Delivery report. - Update Odoo when a route is closed:
When the Truck run(s) are over, TrackPOD updates Odoo with the delivery status, keeping your team and customers informed.
These statuses can be even be captured as Partially Delivered, Returned and Not Delivered. - Streamlined Operations:
All logistics data is integrated into Odoo, including the import of the Proof of Delivery report.
